We ship throughout the week during the normal working hours, except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Speed Post.
In case, if the parcel is ignored by you/any person at door step or was not able to reach the address or location provided or in case of incorrect address, parcel will return back to us. In that case, you will have to pay for the shipping charge once again. We will not bear the shipping charge.

Q. How much do you charge for gift wrap and Is there any packing charges?
A: If you need to do gift wrapping for your parcel, we do it for free; but you have to inform us while you are ordering. We do not do any additional change and in case of any specific packing changes, it is done for free.
Q. How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
A: The shipping charge for domestic orders is fixed irrespective of the number of products in your cart. The fixed shipping charge is as per the location of address and it is added to your cart total, at the check-out page. For international shipping, based on the country, volumetric weight, and size of the parcel, the charge differs.
Q. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
A: Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 – 7 working days (major cities). Orders will be placed on the very next dispatch working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD is available with us from the beginning. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted, the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centers.
