How do I cancel an order on CrazyinStyle.in?
A: If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at (contact@crazyinstyle.in) with your order/ Invoice number mentioned in the subject line.
After that we don’t accept cancel request.
Note: Personalized product, Return gifts and combo orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed with payment.
Return Policy:
- Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same day to be conveyed to our team after receiving the package and the damaged or defective product needs to be sent back in our place (Provided if the customer/receiver gives us an uncut opening video of the parcel). Post receiving the product, we’ll initiate the refund or replacement based on the condition of the products. In such case, we will bear the shipping charges (compulsory you have to share shipping bill of that return parcel) that you spend for the return of the parcel.
- Return is not applicable for bulk orders.
- Return is not applicable for combo orders.
- Certain products (bottle after use, socks, eye masks, Jewellery, etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return. For such products, this note is mentioned directly on the product page.
- Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us on the same working day from the date of delivery, as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:
The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. Online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via Upi & PayTM.
